≻GENERAL INFO≺

⬩ please know exactly what it is you'd like to commission before submitting. you will be given 1 (one) opportunity to change your commission specs before i start working. if your desired commission changes please let me know ASAP.⬩ i reserve the right to work on your commission on stream unless otherwise discussed⬩ i reserve the right to showcase your commission on my twitter page and portfolio after the completion, unless otherwise discussed⬩ if you use any of my pieces as inspiration or reference, i'd love to see⬩ i reserve the right to decline a commission at any point⬩ MY COMMISSIONS ARE NOT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE; I HOLD THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON.⬩ COMMISSIONS TAKE BETWEEN 2 WEEKS TO 1-2 MONTHS.

◇⬩ understand and be patient, I try my best to reach deadlines and finish your work as quickly as I can but sometimes life gets in the way- i'll be sure to communicate as much as I can to keep you updated⬩ please create a google drive folder with references of your character and pngs of your model as well as any inspiration/references of what you want⬩ I AM A GFX ARTIST NOT A DIGITAL MEDIA ARTIST, PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH YOUR OWN ART THAT YOU WISH TO BE INCLUDED IN YOUR COM (IE: LOGOS, VTUBER MODEL PNG, ART)⬩ IF YOU HAVE A LOGO/ARTWORK PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS COMMERCIAL USE.

≻PAYMENT & REFUNDS≺

◇⬩ all payments are in USD⬩ i will send out an invoice through paypal only⬩ payment is 50% before work and 50% completion of work⬩ i'll only provide refunds if you cancel the commission before I've begun working or If I'm unable to complete the commission for any reason⬩ THE 50% BEFORE WORKING ON THE PROJECT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE.

Embers sets are for graphic designs that one would use for their streaming platform and brand/aesthetic, such as overlays & assets
Ashes sets are for designs that revolve around a figure, such as drawings of your character
